Terms & Conditions

Deliverables:

All images are colour corrected, cropped and resized before being passed to clients

Additional photos are chargeable as per package/discussion with photographer (unless stated otherwise)

Photoshop is NOT INCLUDED and it is chargeable per image enhancement (unless stated otherwise)

Raw photos (JPEG format only, if available) will be provided by request only.

No hard copies will be provided (all provided in JPEG soft copies only) Prints will be charged separately according to the specifications.

Storage Media:

We do not provide storage media or thumb drives unless otherwise stated.

Use of images:

52 Photography may use the captured images for Social media and Online advertising purposes. By no means we will sell or provide the images to third party for personal or commercial use or for defamatory purpose. Please inform 52 Photography if you are not willing to have your photos published online by us and we will respect your decision to do so.

Payment

Payment is accepted in cash, Paynow or online bank transfer. Cheque payments is also accepted (mostly for corporate shoots)

If payment is not made after the shoot the images may be watermarked or held from downloading until the full payment is received

A down-payment of minimum SGD$50 must be made to secure the shooting date/time, otherwise it may result in the shoot to be cancelled.

Cancellation of Shoot

Last minute cancellation (less than 3 days notice) will not be entertained and the downpayment will be forfeited unless informed otherwise.

Rescheduling of shoot

Rescheduling will be made at the convenience of the photographer's availability. If the rescheduling is due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances do inform the photographer and we will reschedule the slot to the nearest possible date/time.
